Olivia Ilic founded Xmachine Productions in 2007 and in this time has conceived, directed and produced over 350 award winning videos as well as designed the instructional platforms and impact projects to house the content. Passionate about education, and all things creativity, social impact and innovation, Olivia holds Graduate Diploma in Creative Leadership (Victorian College of the Arts) and a Masters in Education – Digital Learning from Monash University, where she was the Ambassador for Entrepreneurship (Faculty of Education).  In 2018 she completed Seth Godin’s AltMBA, a Kaos Pilot Masterclass (both highly recommended) and embarked on her PhD journey (not for everyone!).

Olivia works at RMIT’s start-up accelerator Activator as an learning experience designer and product adviser. Her research has been published by the Australia Council for Computers in Education, in health journals and she has sat on various panels including the judging the ATOM Awards – Education, The Tech Girls Movement, Reimagine Education Awards and for the Melbourne Fringe Festival.









With background in sports and health and physical education, Nemanja has always had a passion for photography and ‘tinkering with technology’. He now has over 10 years of professional experience in the media industry. His work in Serbia for  ‘Doplegenger’ and in Australia with Xmachine Productions has seen him work with students, artists, galleries, and a host of Universities, not-for-profits and start-ups.

Now based in Melbourne, Nemanja produces, films and edits a range of works including for the RMIT Activator (2017), the Monash University Generator (2016), the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation (2015-2017), Creativity Australia (2015-2017), The Song Room, (2011-2015), ACHPER (2014-15), The University of Melbourne (2009 – 2010), the Victorian AIDS Council (2010-2013) and for other clients including Qantas (2013) and Telstra (2013).
